Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

RC365 Holding plc (LSE: RCGH), an established payment solutions and fintech company, makes the following announcement.

The Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and hard copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 March 2026 will be posted to shareholders on the 14 August 2026 and will shortly be available for viewing on the Company's website at https://www.rc365plc.com.

The Company's AGM will be held at 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong Time)/ 10:00 a.m. (UK Time) on Thursday 10 September 2026 at Room I, 17/F, MG Tower, 133 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

Mr. Alan King Lun Leung will not stand for re-election at the Company's forthcoming AGM and will retire from the Board with effect from the conclusion of the meeting. The Board intends to appoint a replacement and a further announcement will be made in due course.
