Contract Extension with Tier-1 Defence Client

RC Fornax (AIM:RCFX), the UK-based consultancy delivering outcome-based engineering solutions to the defence sector's most critical platforms - accredited, in-demand, and built to scale, is pleased to announce that it has received a further contract extension valued at approximately £470,000 from an existing tier-1 defence client.

The extension represents the next incremental phase of delivery under an ongoing engagement and relates to the continued provision of specialist engineering services to support a defined programme. The next delivery cycle will be executed by a dedicated team of five specialists over a six-month period, as RC Fornax continues to expand its support for this client.

This award follows the Company's strong start to FY26 and reflects the continued increase in customer engagement being seen across the defence sector following publication of the Strategic Defence Review ("SDR"), alongside the operational improvements implemented by the Company in recent months. While many defence contracts are subject to confidentiality restrictions, the extension provides further evidence of the follow-on work and contract extensions beginning to emerge from earlier project wins.
