On 1 May 2014, options over Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares of 5p were granted with an exercise price of £15.56 in accordance with the rules of the H.M. Revenue and Customs approved Rathbone Savings Related Share Option Plan 2009. The price of £15.56 was the closing mid-market price on 8 April 2014 of £19.45 (less a 20% discount), set prior to the 9 April 2014 invitation date.

Options were granted to the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMRs). Options are exercisable at the end of a three or five year savings contract commencing on 1 June 2014.
