On 13 April 2010 a director and PDMR, Richard Lanyon and his spouse sold a total of 2,200 Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares at £9.065. 2,200 shares were subsequently purchased for their Individual Saving Accounts (ISAs) at £9.07.

The shares are registered in the name of Rathbone Nominees Limited and following these transactions there is no change to his declarable beneficial holding of 197,519 shares (0.456% of the issued share capital).
