Raspberry Pi (LSE: RPI), a leader in high-performance, low-cost computing, announces the grant of awards to PDMRs under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan (the "DPB") as detailed below.

 

On 31 March 2026, Eben Upton, Chief Executive Officer, was granted an award over 37,453 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in the Company, in the form of a Nil-Cost Option.

 

The Nil-Cost Option will, subject to the rules of the DBP, vest on 31 March 2029.
