Results of 2026 Annual General Meeting

 

The Rank Group Plc (the “Company”) announces that the following resolutions were decided by poll vote at the annual general meeting (“AGM”) which was held today. Resolution 12 was passed as a special resolution; all other resolutions were passed as ordinary resolutions. In accordance with UKLR 6.2.8R, the votes cast on Resolutions 4, 6 and 7, which relate to the election or re-election of the Company’s independent directors, were calculated and are disclosed below both including and excluding the votes cast by the Company’s controlling shareholder. Full text of each resolution is set out in the Notice of AGM, which is available at www.rank.com. The poll results are as follows:
