2026 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Rank Group Plc (LSE: RNK) ("Rank") has today published the following documents on its website www.rank.com:
1. 2026 Annual Report and Accounts (the "Annual Report");
2. Notice of 2026 annual general meeting ("AGM"); and
3. Form of Proxy.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, the published documents have also been submitted and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. In addition, the published documents have been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders in line with their preference.

Rank's AGM will be held at 10.30 am on Thursday, 8 October 2026 at TOR, Saint-Cloud Way, Maidenhead, SL6 8BN.
