PDMR Shareholding

Ramsdens, the diversified financial services provider and retailer, announces that two PDMRs have each sold approximately one third of their respective shareholdings in the Company.

Mike Johnson, Operations Director of the trading subsidiary, has on 9 July 2026 sold 178,840 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 590p (held in the name of Kelly Johnson, his wife) and Jason Carr, IT Director of the trading subsidiary, has on 9 July 2026 sold 43,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 592p.
