Transactions in own shares

Quilter plc (the “Company”) announces today it has purchased the following specified number of its ordinary shares of 8 1/6 pence each from Merrill Lynch International as an “on Exchange” transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange, and the following specified number of its ordinary shares of 8 1/6 pence (Sterling) each from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange via Merrill Lynch International.(1)

Since 08 September 2026, the Company has purchased 1,722,572 shares on the London Stock Exchange at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £3,196,625.07.

Since 08 September 2026, the Company has purchased 269,920 shares on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of ZAR 10,910,958.98.(2)

Following the above transactions, the Company has 1,364,532,863 ordinary shares in issue and holds no ordinary shares in treasury.
