The Company announces that George Reid has informed the Board that, having served as a Director for nine years, he will not seek reelection at Quilter's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 14 May 2026. Commenting on today's announcement, Ruth Markland, Chair of Quilter, said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank George for his significant contribution to Quilter as a Non‑executive Director over the last nine years. Having joined the Board and Chaired the Board Audit Committee since before Listing, he handed over the Board Audit Committee Chair role to his planned successor, Alison Morris, in September 2025. George's effective stewardship of the Board Audit Committee has played an important role in ensuring the robustness of our financial reporting, assurance and internal control frameworks. We wish him well for the future."

Note:

1.    George Reid serves on both the Board Audit Committee and the Board Risk Committee. He will step down from these roles at the conclusion of the 2026 AGM.
