The Company announces the following transactions by Directors and PDMRs on 27 and 30 March 2026 in the Company's ordinary shares of 8 1/6 pence each ("Shares") which include:

1)   awards over Shares granted under the Quilter Share Reward Plan ("Quilter SRP"), including one-off awards under the SRP to compensate Margaret Ammon and Jo Harris for unvested deferred awards forfeited by them on leaving their former employers ("Recruitment Awards");

2)   the vesting and sale of Shares that had been granted pursuant to the 2023 and 2024 Deferred Bonus awards made under the Quilter SRP;
