Update on Restoration of Listing and Share Trading
London, UK - Quantum Data Energy PLC (LSE: QDE) announces that further to the Company's RNS announcement of 29 April 2026 regarding the temporary suspension of the listing and trading in the Company's ordinary shares, and following the successful completion and publication of its audited annual report and financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 today, the Company will now be applying to the Financial Conduct Authority for the restoration of the listing of its ordinary shares and resumption of trading in its ordinary shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The Company will make a further announcement in this regard in due course.
