Block Listing Six-Month Return

London, UK - Quantum Data Energy PLC (LSE: QDE) presents a six-month return for Cash Warrants shares allotted under a block listing approval granted on 7 October 2025 as previously announced. This announcement is made in accordance with UKLR 6.4.4R(4). The details are shown on the table below.

The Company can confirm that no further warrants have been exercised since the Company's previous RNS announcement dated 3 February 2026. Further, the Company confirms that under the terms of the Equity Fundraise, as previously announced, 50% of the Cash Warrants originally issued to the extent not previously exercised, have expired on 11 January 2026, resulting in 117,200,000 Cash Warrants with an exercise price of 4p remaining unexercised. Such remaining unexercised Cash Warrants will expire on 11 July 2026 if not exercised.
