QinetiQ Group plc (the Company) announces that during the period 13 July 2026 to 17 July 2026 it purchased in aggregate 444,523 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (Shares) for cancellation through Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (trading for these purposes as Deutsche Numis), in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 17 July 2025 and pursuant to the latest tranche of its existing share buyback programme announced on 25 March 2026. Following settlement of the above transactions, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue, and its total voting rights, will be 516,784,882 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
