Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Board of Puma Alpha VCT plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published a second supplementary prospectus (the "Second Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the Company's offer for subscription to raise up to £20 million, with an over-allotment facility of up to a further £10 million, details of which were set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 9 December 2025 (as supplemented by the First Supplementary Prospectus issued by the Company on 24 April 2026).

On 12 June 2026, the Company published its annual report and accounts for the year ended 28 February 2026 (the "2026 Accounts").

The publication of the Second Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of Financial Services and Market Act 2000 as a result of the publication of the 2026 Accounts.

The Second Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority, and a copy will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
