PULSAR ANNOUNCES PSU SHARE ISSUANCE AND TVR
Pulsar Helium Inc. (AIM: PLSR, TSXV: PLSR, OTCQB: PSRHF) ("Pulsar" or the "Company"), a primary helium company, announces the issuance of new common shares ("Shares") pursuant to the conversion of Performance Share Units ("PSUs") under its Fixed Equity Incentive Plan (the "Equity Plan"), as approved by the TSX Venture Exchange on July 21, 2026.
Cambrian Limited, a company beneficially owned and controlled by Neil Herbert, former Executive Chair of the Company, has been issued 454,000 new Shares pursuant to the conversion of PSUs.
Admission and total voting rights
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 454,000 new Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"), which will rank pari passu with existing Shares. Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. (GMT) on or around November 9, 2026.
Following Admission, Pulsar will have 214,788,383 Shares issued and there are no shares held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules and the Company's Articles.
