Access Intelligence plc ('Access Intelligence' or 'the Company')
The Board of Access Intelligence announces that it has today been notified that
Brendan Austin, Chief Executive of Access Intelligence, has agreed to the
transferal of ownership of 1,248,563 of his holding of ordinary shares of 0.5p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to his former wife as part of a divorce
settlement.
The former Mrs. Austin has agreed to be bound by an orderly market agreement.
She will only dispose of those shares transferred to her by utilising the
services of Corporate Synergy Plc or a similar broker chosen by Brendan Austin.
As a result, Brendan Austin is now interested in 2,923,315 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 3.79 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
