PPHC, a leading global strategic communications provider offering a comprehensive range of advisory services in the areas of Government Relations, Public Affairs and Corporate Communications, announces that in connection with the previously announced vesting of shares granted under PPHC's Amended and Restated 2021 Omnibus Incentive Plan, certain Directors and senior employees (PDMRs) have sold shares in amounts equivalent to cover associated income taxes.
