- The Company’s USD 850,000,000 6.875 per cent. Subordinated Notes due 3 November 2036 (ISIN: XS3550550514) issued under the $10,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme (the “Notes”).
Full information on the Company and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the base prospectus dated 27 March 2026, as supplemented by a supplementary prospectus dated 8 October 2026 (the “Prospectus”), read together with the final terms dated 30 October 2026 (the “Final Terms”).
