The PRS REIT announces that it was notified on 9 December 2025 that Steffan Francis, Non-executive Director of the Company, disposed of 124,990 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). 

As a result, Mr Francis' total interest in the Company is now 10 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.000002 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
