The Company announces the publication, on 25 September 2012, of a circular to shareholders (the "Circular") in relation to proposals to convert the Company's 'D' Shares into Ordinary Shares.

The Circular will be available at www.provenvcts.co.uk.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
