Appointment of Non-Executive Director

 

Proteome Sciences plc (AIM:PRM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Helen Spice FCA as an independent non-executive director of the Company, with immediate effect.

 

Helen Spice had a successful accountancy career at KPMG where she was appointed CFO of KPMG International from 2008 to 2015. She is currently a non-executive director at Barts Health NHS Trust and recently retired from Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where her role included Chair of the Audit, Risk and Assurance Committee. She brings strong strategic, financial and accounting experience to the Company.
