("PRO" or the "Company")

Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with them

Further to the Company's announcement on 6 August 2026 regarding the issue of 5,175,885 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company to its Employee Benefit Trust, the Company further announces that 616,197 of such shares were transferred on 25 August 2026 to Greig Thomas, Director, in satisfaction of his exercise of options on 4 August 2026.

Greig Thomas' beneficial holding in the Company, including those Ordinary Shares held by persons closely associated with him, is 1,053,640 Ordinary Shares.
