ProBiotix Health plc (AQSE: PBX), the life sciences business developing probiotics to support cardiometabolic health, announces the appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP as the Company's new auditor, following the resignation of Gerald Edelman LLP.

Gerald Edelman LLP has confirmed that there are no matters connected with their ceasing to hold office that they consider should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.

The Board would like to place on record its thanks to Gerald Edelman LLP for its services to the Company throughout their tenure of office.
