Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

 

The full text of the resolutions considered at the AGM are contained in the Notice of AGM, which was published on 19 June 2026 and a copy of which is available on the Company's website at www.primorusinvestments.com.
