The Company announces that Notice of its Annual General Meeting to be held at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF on 18 April 2018 at 10:30am together with a form of proxy for use at the meeting are now available on the Company's website at www.phpgroup.co.uk.  Printed copies of the Annual Report have been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders.
