Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) today announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements (the 'Annual Report') for the year ended 30 September 2025 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting (the 'Notice') are available to download from the Company's website at www.premiermiton.com/corporate/documents and have been posted today to those shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy.

Annual General Meeting

The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 10.00am on Wednesday 4 February 2026 at the offices of Investec Bank plc, 30 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP.  In addition, the Company will be hosting an audio broadcast of the AGM to enable those shareholders who are unable to attend in person to listen to the proceedings.

Details regarding shareholder registration for the AGM audio broadcast will be made available via a further regulatory news service announcement in due course.
