Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated ("PCAs")

The Company announces that the following transactions, in ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), were carried out on 21 May 2026.

Alex Whitehouse, Chief Executive Officer, sold 6,344 Shares, at a price of 202.6p per Share, and purchased 6,344 Shares, at a price of 202.67p per Share. He then transferred 9,794 Shares to Alison Hunt, PCA to Alex Whitehouse, for nil consideration.

Alison Hunt, PCA to Alex Whitehouse, sold 9,794 Shares, at a price of 202.6p per Share, and purchased 9,794 Shares, at a price of 202.67p per Share.

Duncan Leggett, Chief Financial Officer, sold 6,344 Shares, at a price of 202.6p per Share, and purchased 6,344 Shares, at a price of 202.67p per Share.

Simon Rose, General Counsel & Company Secretary, sold 6,344 Shares, at a price of 202.6p per Share, and purchased 6,344 Shares, at a price of 202.67p per Share.

Philippa Rose, PCA to Simon Rose, sold 9,794 Shares, at a price of 202.6p per Share, and purchased 9,794 Shares, at a price of 202.67p per Share. She then transferred 3,367 Shares to Simon Rose, for nil consideration.

David Wilkinson, HR & Communications Director, sold 6,344 Shares, at a price of 202.6p per Share, and purchased 6,344 Shares, at a price of 202.67p per Share. He then transferred 9,885 Shares to Jane Wilkinson, PCA to David Wilkinson, for nil consideration.

Jane Wilkinson, PCA to David Wilkinson, sold 9,898 Shares, at a price of 202.6p per Share, and purchased 9,794 Shares, at a price of 202.67p per Share.
