The Company announces that the following transactions, in ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), were carried out on 30 January 2026.

Simon Rose, General Counsel & Company Secretary, purchased 2,788 Shares at a price of 188.256p per Share.

Philippa Rose, PCA to Simon Rose, sold 22,000 Shares at a price of 188.1p per Share, purchased 15,486 Shares at a price of 188.2185p per Share, and purchased a further 1,848 Shares at a price of 188.256p per Share.
