Conclusion of the Strategic Review and Formal Sale Process

Further to its announcement on 19 June 2026, the Independent Committee of the Board of PPHE ("the Board") announces that it has concluded the Strategic Review and Formal Sales Process.

The Company is no longer in discussions with any party in relation to any proposal for a potential sale of the Company that the Board considers to be deliverable. Accordingly, the Company confirms it is not in receipt of any approach.

Following this announcement, the Company is no longer in an offer period for the purposes of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers and the disclosure requirements under Rule 8 of the Takeover Code have therefore now ceased.
