AGM Trading Update

Power Probe (AIM: PWR), a leading producer of automotive electrical diagnostic tools for professional service technicians, is pleased to issue the following trading update ahead of its Annual General Meeting to be held at 9.00 a.m. (BST) today.

Trading in 2026 remains encouraging and in line with management's expectations.

The Group continues to make good progress on the delivery of its strategy and as outlined at its full year results in April 2026, remains on course to launch further new products during the second half of 2026.

The Group's focus on Power Probe branded products and its higher margin private brands business, alongside current year pricing initiatives which have been well absorbed by the market, have supported a strong recovery in Group gross margin.

The planned timing of new product launches this year remains unchanged and 2026 revenues are expected to be second half weighted, in line with previous guidance.

We continue to monitor the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, however we have not experienced any material impact on our operations to date as import routes via the Pacific Ocean and Panama Canal have not suffered any significant dislocation.

The Group will issue a trading update for the first six months of 2026 ahead of publication of its interim results.

Chema Garcia, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"We're pleased to report an encouraging start to 2026 ahead of our first Annual General Meeting as a listed business later today, with trading in the year to date in line with our expectations. Against a backdrop of continuing macroeconomic uncertainty, our team has been working hard to deliver excellent strategic progress as we move towards the launch of a number of exciting new products in the second half of 2026. We look forward to the opportunities in the year ahead with confidence."
