Director Declaration

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 R (2) of the Listing Rules, Ben Stocks, Chief Executive, has advised that he will become a Non-Executive Director of City of London Investment Group PLC (LSE: CLIG), a company listed on the UK Stock Exchange, with effect from 7 April 2025. 

The Board is satisfied that Ben Stocks's appointment with City of London Investment Group PLC

complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code.
