Transaction in Own Shares

Pollen Street Group Limited ("Pollen Street Group" or the "Company") announces it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each through Investec Bank plc ("Investec") in the period from 09 June 2026 to 15 June 2026.

The table below contains detailed information about the purchases made as part of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 5 November 2025 (the "Programme").

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in Treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company has 4,757,457 ordinary shares held in treasury and 59,452,140 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 59,452,140. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
