INTERIM DIVIDEND DECLARATION

On 15 September 2026, the Directors of Pollen Street Group Limited declared an interim dividend of 28.5 pence per ordinary share for the period ending 30 June 2026 ("Interim 2026 Dividend").

The Interim 2026 Dividend will be paid on 23 October 2026 to holders of ordinary shares on the register as of 25 September 2026. The ex-dividend date is 24 September 2026. The Interim 2026 Dividend is the dividend declared in relation to the 6-month period ending 30 June 2026. As at Tuesday, 15 September 2026, being the declaration date of the Interim 2026 Dividend, the Company had 64,209,597 ordinary shares in issue, of which 5,186,413 ordinary shares were held in Treasury.

The Company will not be offering a scrip dividend alternative. However, the Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"). The last date for receipt for elections for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 2 October 2026.

Payment of Dividend

Shareholders are advised that, with effect from May 2026, dividend payments are no longer issued by cheque. A notification was sent to shareholders who had not previously provided payment instructions, requesting the submission of payment details. The Company has also introduced the option of receiving dividend payments through CREST. Shareholders may therefore elect to receive future dividend payments either by BACS transfer or through CREST and should ensure that the relevant payment details have been provided to the Registrar.
