AGM Presentation

A presentation on the investment performance of the Company was given by Mr. Ben Rogoff and Mr Unwin, covering the portfolio and the markets in which the Company invests. AGM Results

At the AGM held on 5 October 2026 all resolutions proposed were passed on a poll. The resolutions proposed at the AGM can be found in the Notice of AGM which is available on the Company’s website.

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.2, copies of resolutions 11 to 13 will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
