("Plus500", the "Company" or, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group")
Plus500 becomes first industry FCM to make Kalshi Perps available to its clients
Plus500, a global multi-asset fintech group operating proprietary technology-based trading platforms, announces the launch of Kalshi perpetual futures ("perps") through its US Futures Commission Merchant ("FCM"). As a result, Plus500 is the first FCM, excluding Kalshi Prime, to offer perps on Kalshi Exchange ("Kalshi"), a CFTC-regulated US exchange, the latest milestone in the rapid growth of Plus500's US offering and its technology-led partnership with Kalshi.
Bringing institutional-grade infrastructure to perps
Perps are derivative contracts with no expiration date, enabling traders to hold positions indefinitely without the need to roll them over. Historically, perps were traded outside of US regulatory oversight, until Kalshi launched the first ever CFTC-regulated perps contract in the US in May 2026. Since then, Kalshi has expanded its range of perps to include cryptocurrencies, commodities and indices.
Plus500 executes, routes, clears and manages risk on its own proprietary technology stack. It clears perps directly as a clearing member of Kalshi Klear, the world's only tech-first derivatives clearinghouse. The Group has already integrated Kalshi's prediction markets products and now becomes the first US FCM to make Kalshi perps accessible to its own customers. The contracts are now available across Plus500's B2B and B2B2C channels, supported by its institutional-grade execution, clearing and risk management infrastructure.
Building Plus500's US ecosystem
Perps are the latest step in a rapid US build-out for Plus500. The launch advances each of the Group's strategic priorities: it broadens Plus500's product range, deepens its footprint in the US and strengthens engagement across its partner network. The Group will seek to expand its perps offering as additional contracts become available, further strengthening its B2B and B2B2C channels and providing the Group with a compelling offering for prospective partners.
The milestone reinforces Plus500's position at the forefront of financial innovation and technology, highlighting its commitment to providing institutional partners and their clients regulated access to new ways of trading global markets. The launch of perps enhances the Group's US exchange-traded operations, which deliver a holistic end-to-end service including execution, order routing, API connectivity and clearing services. The Group is strategically positioned to capture early market share in a fast-growing product category, contributing to long-term, sustainable shareholder value.
David Zruia, Chief Executive Officer of Plus500, commented:
"Becoming the first US FCM to offer Kalshi perps represents another significant milestone in a year of excellent progress in the US for Plus500 and it highlights the strength of our innovative, technology-led partnership with Kalshi. Perps have grown quickly in recent years and their arrival on a fully regulated US exchange is a significant boost for the whole industry. From prediction markets to perps, our US business is capable of rolling out innovative products at speed, which is why Plus500 is a partner of choice for Kalshi."
Tarek Mansour, Chief Executive Officer of Kalshi, commented:
"Kalshi is redefining financial markets in America, pioneering an entirely new asset class through groundbreaking innovation, cutting-edge technology and a relentless commitment to delivering market-leading products. As we continue to push boundaries and expand our offering, we need partners who share our ambition, move at our pace and have the risk management and trading infrastructure to support our growth. Plus500 has consistently demonstrated these qualities, combining innovative proprietary technology with institutional-grade execution and clearing capabilities. Following our successful collaboration in prediction markets, Plus500 was the natural choice to support our expansion into perpetual futures, further strengthening a partnership built on innovation, execution excellence and a shared vision for the future of financial markets."
