In accordance with UKLR 6.4.9R(2), the Company notifies that Shruthi Chindalur, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Irish Residential Properties REIT plc ("I-RES") with effect from 28 May 2026. Shruthi will also serve as a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees at I-RES.

The Company is satisfied that Shruthi continues to have sufficient time available to fulfil her responsibilities to Pinewood.

No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to UKLR 6.4.8R.
