The Board of ING UK Real Estate Income Trust ('the Company') confirms there has
been a fire at the TNT Primark warehouse at Magna Park, Lutterworth,
Leicestershire, a property owned by the Company. The Board confirms that the
building was fully insured and does not expect there to be any material capital
or income loss to the Company. A full investigation is underway and further
information will be announced as appropriate.
