Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility 

and Connected Persons

The Company announces that Cynthia Cagle, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility and a Connected Person to Roger Cagle an Executive Director of the Company, has today sold 68,520 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.20 each ('Shares') at a sale price of £11.60 per Share and has subsequently bought 68,520 Shares at a purchase price of £11.60 per Share.

Following these transactions which each represent 0.09% of the issued share capital of the Company, Roger Cagle and Cynthia Cagle hold the following interests:
