Confirmation of Board Changes

Further to the announcement on 29 September 2025, Pets at Home Group Plc ("Company") is pleased to confirm that Sarah Pollard will join the Company on 23 March 2026 as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") Designate. Mike Iddon will step down from the Board on 27 March 2026 and Sarah will succeed Mike as CFO and Executive Director from the same date. Mike will remain with the Company until 10 April 2026 to facilitate an orderly transition.
