Personal Group and Simplyhealth forge strategic partnership to strengthen employee wellbeing across the UK

Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), the workforce benefits and insurance provider, today announces a new strategic partnership with Simplyhealth, the UK's leading healthcare services and cash plan provider. The collaboration brings together two purpose‑driven organisations united by a shared mission: to make essential healthcare and financial protection more accessible and affordable for employees across the UK.

Through the new partnership, Personal Group will be available to deliver face-to-face employee engagement for Simplyhealth's 12,000 business relationships, to support the sale of insurance plans from both organisations. These include Personal Group's employee‑paid plans, which provide financial protection for employees during periods of ill‑health, alongside Simplyhealth's healthcare and dental plans, including the market‑leading Denplan. This combination of offerings creates a holistic proposition for employers, combining the cost of healthcare with protection against loss of income.

This is Personal Group's second insurance partnership, providing accelerated access to UK employees within core sectors, augmenting the Group's expansion opportunity.

Simplyhealth currently supports over 2.5 million members through its health and dental plans, delivered both directly to consumers and through employer relationships. With over 12,000 corporate client relationships, the organisation plays a pivotal role in enabling people to access everyday healthcare services quickly and affordably.
