Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), the workforce benefits and health insurance provider, announces that it has allotted 28,522 new ordinary shares of £0.05 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by a PDMR employee under the Company's Share Option Plan (the "CSOP").

Admission and Total Voting Rights

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and it is expected that Admission will occur on 21 September 2026. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company, including the right to receive all dividends and other distributions declared, made or paid after the date of issue.

 

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 31,639,520 ordinary shares of £0.05 pence each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

 

The above figure of 31,639,520 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
