Persimmon Plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that on 10 June 2019 Rachel Kentleton, Non-Executive Director, and her husband Neil Thompson, sold 658 shares in the Company which they held jointly at an average price of £2040.2616. Rachel Kentleton subsequently purchased 658 shares for her ISA at an average price of £2040.6031.
