Pennpetro Energy plc, the company focused on developing strategic traditional and transition energy projects, confirms that as the company enters a new phase of development Board Director Robert Menzel has resigned effective Monday, 16^th March, 2026.

Robert will be replaced on the Audit Committee by Non-Executive Director, Olof Rapp.

Richard Spinks, Executive Chairman said: "We feel, mutually, that it is the right time for Robert to move on and allow Mavriky and the incoming PPP team to progress with the new strategy, whilst Robert be free to pursue his own business interests independently."
