The Company received notification on 12 January 2004 that David Martin Urquhart
is interested in 450,000 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 3.71 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital), 150,000 of which he holds directly
and the remaining 300,000 of which are held through David Urquhart (Travel ) Ltd
(of whose share capital David Urquhart owns 99 per cent.)
