                            SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified by C E W Peel that he is interested in 2,468,000
of the Company's ordinary shares, equivalent to 20.36 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital, 1,900,000 of which are registered in his own
name, 500,000 of which are registered in the name of his wife and 68,000 in the
name of Sabretooth Investments Limited.
