The Company was notified on 14 June 2002 that David Martin Urquhart is
interested in 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 3.3 per cent.
of the Company's issued share capital), 150,000 of which he holds directly and
the remaining 250,000 of which are held through David Urquhart (Travel ) Ltd (of
whose share capital David Urquhart owns 99 per cent.)
