Update to Capital Reduction
Pebble, the global software provider of specialist automation solutions for the broadcast and streaming markets, is pleased to provide the following update to its announcement, dated 8 June 2026, in relation to the proposed Capital Reduction. The Company confirms that, on 28 July 2026, the Capital Reduction was confirmed by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales (the "Court"). The Capital Reduction will become effective upon registration of the Court Order and accompanying Statement of Capital by the Registrar of Companies in England and Wales, which is expected to be on or around 30 July 2026.
Accordingly, the Company has applied for the re-admission to trading on AIM of its issued share capital at the revised nominal value, comprising 126,603,134 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence per share ("Ordinary Shares"). Following Admission, expected to take place on or around 30 July 2026, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue remains unchanged at 126,603,134. The Company's ticker and ISIN also remain unchanged.
Defined terms within this announcement shall have the same meaning as the announcement dated 8 June 2026, unless specifically stated otherwise.
