Printed copies of the Annual Report and the Notice of AGM, where requested, have been posted to shareholders. 

The Company's AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, at Gorse Hill Hotel, Hook Heath Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 0QF.
