The Company hereby announces that Annette Thomas, a Non-Executive Director of Pearson, will be appointed to the Board of Schroders plc as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2023. She will also join the Nominations Committee and Remuneration Committee of Schroders plc.
